Special Record Store Day 2011 very limited edition of Big Star's "Third" album. This copy is still factory sealed, in mint condition. From the label on the package: "Limited to 2,000 copies worldwide, pressed at RTI on 180-gram vinyl. Cut from the original analog assembly reel, on the same lathe that cut the 1975 text pressing, by the original engineer, Larry Nix, in his mastering room at the legendary Ardent Studios in Memphis. Contains replicas of the tracking sheets, lead sheets and mastering card. FIVE ORIGINAL TEST PRESSINGS RANDOMLY INSERTED INTO THIS RUN." Please note: There is a "Promotional Use Only Not For Sale" sticker over the UPC code on the front of the package, as this is a copy that was sent to the press (see photo below).
