Description

Rare "Test Pressing" style vinyl reissue of Third (also known as 3rd / Sister Lovers) by Big Star. This was a very limited run for Record Store Day in 2011, only 200 of these were made.

This album includes reprints of lyric/music sheets studio tracking sheets and mastering card. It is also a white label LP pressed on sturdy 180 gram vinyl. The entire package comes in a box designed to replicate the original packaging for the test pressings. It all comes together to make a very cool item for the Big Star or Alex Chilton collector.

The vinyl and packaging are in mint condition. It has been opened but played only once and nothing since then.
