Description
This is Riverside Records RLP 428, Bill Evans Trio Moonbeams a blue reel, original(?) mono issue of this superb piano trio record featuring Chuck Israels. The record is in VG++/NM condition showing a few light marks on side one that barely keep it from being completely near mint,and playing quietly throughout this extremely quiet record, except for a few light clicks evident during the bass solo on track 1side 1 only. The cover has worn top and bottom seams and a small discoloration on the back, but is otherwise intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. This would make an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare original issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
