Description

Black ans silver label, deep groove, stereo; Bill Grauer Productions. 9 tracks with leader, Evans, piano; Paul Motian, drums; Scott LaFaro, bass. Recorded in NYC in 1959.

Cover: VG 4" split on the top edge. some edge and corner wear. 1" X 1 1/2" masking tape on the margin of the back cover. Minor writing (4 letters) on the back cover. Light aging on the back cover.

Record: VG++ Visually shows no wear. There are no markings on the vinyl surface. There is some surface noise which is audible on Tracks 1 and 4 on Side 1. In addition there are a few short intervals of very light crackling. Side 2 has less noise. There are a few clicks and short intervals of light crackles. These are very infrequent but a few repeat for several revolutions. The record appears to have been played only 1 or 2 times and handled with care. Audibly checked.
