Description

Here's a beautiful copy of this original Riverside blue-label mono release of this well known Bill Evans album. On this, he's backed by Sam Jones on bass, and Philly Joe Jones on drums. The playing and the recording are outstanding! The front cover includes laudatory comments from Miles, George Shearing, Ahmad Jamal, and Cannonball Adderly.

Includes: Minority, Young and Foolish, Lucky To Be Me*, Night and Day, and Epilogue*. Side Two: Tenderly, Peace Piece*, What Is There To Say, Oleo, and Epilogue*. Asterisked cuts are solo pieces. Peace Piece, and the Epilogues are Evans originals.

Condition description: vinyl fully intact with very light surface noise. Jacket fully intact, with light rub wear on back and small price sticker on front. No splits.
