Description

This is a Bill Haley Lp imported from Mexico on Orfeon (LP-13-2084) "Discos Del Millon" (Million Selling Discs). This Lp is normally seen packaged with the same front photo of Bill Haley but with a single sleeve navy blue background.

This Lp is from my personal collection. In the last 35 years that I bought records from Mexico, this is the ONLY copy like this I EVER found. In fact, I remember this Lp fondly because it's one of the first ones I ever found in Mexico in the late 1970s by Bill Haley on Orfeon. I bought this record as you see it, open. The vinyl album itself is in EX- condition with very few small, light marks.

The cover is what makes this one unique. I was never able to get another one like this, all the others came with the single sleeve navy blue cover. This one folds open and in the center you get a full length 24 inch long photo of Bill Haley! It's one album. There is a crease on one side of the cover and there are corner wears.   Has slight ring wear. The actual color of the cover is a pale blue, it came out turquoise colored in the photos. No, it's pale blue. Overall, I'd say it's in VG+ condition. But as I said, this is how I bought it. It's been stored straight up in my cabinet for over the last 30 years. But it's time for someone else to enjoy it in their collection now.

POSTAGE:  USA (Media Mail)   FREE - this includes insurance and a delivery confirmation number. Insurance and delivery confirmation are required on all parcels for both buyer and seller safety.

International: See chart below. Includes insurance to many countries.

***COMBINED POSTAGE RATES AVAILABLE ON ALL records (for international buyers)!***

THE PACKING “WHITE GLOVE” treatment of your merchandise. Not many dealers pack the way I will package your item. Standard packaging on a record is to use a sheet of corrugated cardboard, then wrap the whole thing in bubble wrap. Then your item is placed in a box with plenty of depth (peanuts or paper used as necessary). Please note, ALL BOXES ARE NEW.  I do NOT use FLAT boxes to mail vinyl.  All CDs are mailed in appropriate cardboard containers as well (NO bubble envelopes).  So yes, a lot is invested in all packaging. Why all this?

So when you order a CD or record from me, it will arrive as if I just handed it to you in person.

To avoid cover dings, bends, and most any damage. What you see in the photo is what you will get (unless a truck runs over it).

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email me for a quick response.

I’ve been dealing in records/vinyl since 1976. All records are surface graded. NOTE: I NEVER grade a record “mint”. Even coming out of the store, someone can always find a light mark. The highest grade I give is “excellent” which is the same as “near mint”. The following scale is used:

EXCELLENT (near mint) – like store stock

EX Minus – may have a light mark here and there, no scratches you can feel.

VG+ - still clean, a few more marks. Might have some gray in grooves.

VG – more gray in grooves, more scuffs.

G- Average used record. Should play through fine.

I ship via USPS domestically and USPS AIR MAIL FIRST CLASS internationally. If your parcel exceeds 4 pounds it has to go USPS Priority Airmail (prices jump quite a bit).

NOTE:   If you do not receive your parcel in 25 days, let me know so insurance claim forms can be processed.  International customers: if you do not receive your parcel in 45 days, let me know so insurance claim forms can be processed.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY:  Item must be as advertised or you get your money back (minus postal costs). Buyer must contact me within five days of receipt of parcel for full return instructions.

NOTE ON SEALED ITEMS: If you buy a sealed record or CD, once the seal is broken, I don’t give cash refunds. If the item was damaged in transit and you find out when you open it, I will file a claim with the shipping insurance company (Shipsurance) to get you all your money back.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Please allow approximately a 30-60 day delay if your parcel gets held up in the customs office, for which I can’t be held responsible in such rare cases. I also cannot be responsible for import tax/VAT incurred. I label all parcels professionally to help you out, but in very rare instances, parcels get stopped.

Texas residents must pay sales tax on their entire order including shipping/handling costs.
