Description

Here is a rare private release on the Hundred Flowers label from 1981 titled Blues for Chairman Mao by Bill Martin, who performs on cello, bass guitar and Alto Sax, joined by Tony Kirven on drums and Donald Bennett on electric guitar. Super rare Free jazz LP. Original press. Appears to be limited numbered edition, with "#13, W.E.M." penciled along the side of the cover art (see close-up photo below).

Condition - The jacket looks great. The jacket grades at Near Mint Minus. The vinyl looks nice with a few light scuffs and fingerprints. The vinyl grades at Near Mint Minus Minus by sight. I listened to portions of both sides and they played about as they looked.

Regarding shipping - I ship quickly using new professional grade materials.

Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards. I do not use the grade Mint on unsealed opened records. The highest grade I give to unsealed records is Near Mint. Grading here is strictly by sight.
