Bill Perkins Octet Lp On Stage on Pacific Jazz records (black label) #PJ 1221. With Bud Shank & Russ Freeman.

Sleeve- VG+, glossy, split at bottom 3 inch & top 1 inch (with 2 inches wear), other light edge wear.

Record- VG++-, some marks, mostly skuffs or light marks, little noise likely.
