Offered is 78rpm Columbia C-135 album, 3-disc set with Jazz vocal
legend Billie Holiday backed by a Buck Clayton Band on 4 sides, and
featuring 2 previously unissued sides with a Teddy Wilson Band as
backup.
The records are:
1. Columbia 37493 Until The Real Thing Comes Along (great!) rec.
Feb. 10, 1942/I Cover The Waterfront rec. Aug. 7, 1941 both sides
accompanied by a Teddy Wilson Band, and previously unissued.
2. Columbia 37494 When A Woman Loves A Man rec. Jan. 12, 1938/I
Can't Get Started rec. Sept. 15, 1938 both sides accompanied by a
Buck Clayton Band.
3. Columbia 37495 He's Funny That Way rec. Sept. 13, 1937/A Sailboat
In The Moonlight rec. June 15, 1937 both sides accompanied by a
Buck Clayton Band.
All three records are in excellent (E) condition. The album has some
very minor edge fraying and some scuffs, but otherwise nice.
