   Billie Holiday - Vol. 1 - A Hot Jazz Classic.  Columbia  (M)  C-135  (1951?).  A Four (4) Record Set of Ten (10) Inch 78 RPM Records and original factory issued booklet style album cover.  Pictures are of the actual set the winner will receive.  Red Labels with gold printing.  Album/Sleeves/Cover is in VG+ condition with some normal wear.  The binding is in very good condition for it's age - no separations.  I am conservatively grading the records as VG+condition, it looks like they were played only a few times but have a few scuffs on them, with lots of original sheen.  Record No.  37495 has a slight dish warp.  I double checked it and both sides played through without any problems on my record player.  Played bright and clear when I listened to it.  I have removed the records from the album and have placed them all in new generic sleeves.  They will be packed and shipped out of the album with extra protective packing.  See pics for label variations and faults. I just purchased this set at an estate sale. If the records were all scratched up or played noisily, they would NOT be listed.  The record set will be given extra attention, protected, well packed and double boxed to get this fragile gem delivered in one piece.  I have not cleaned these records, as I am not familiar with 78 RPM cleaning techniques and do not want to harm the recordings.
This record and others that I am listing in my EBay Store are new additions to my personal collection. I have no room to store them any more, and someone should be enjoying the great music on them.
