RARE Vocalion Records, 5377
Billie's 1939 recording of the number from Cole Porter's hit musical Gay Divorcee, released on the Vocalion label. This is the ORIGINAL recording of this single by Ms. Holiday. Numbered among were backing band are such greats as: Freddie Green, guitar; Earl Warren, Lester Young, and Jack Washington, saxes; and Buck Clayton, trumpet. 26341 A and 26342 B on both sides of dead wax. Vinyl in very good condition, with a few minor surface scuffs.TRACK LISTING:
