Nice bundle of three LPs at a very good price. Excellent condition overall. 1. "Talks And Sings" is a recording from a rehearsal in Los Angeles from "either 1954 or 1955" produced by the drummer Jackie Mills. Billie is accompanied by Jimmy Rowles on piano and Artie Shapiro on bass. Lots of dialog between musicians as they discuss arrangements and keys. Song quality is good but not great as you would expect from a recording like this. The pressing and vinyl is super quiet and plays and looks Near Mint. Cover is in excellent condition as well. I believe this record was in print for only a short period of time. There may have been legal issues as to whether the record company had rights to this. 2. "Lady Love." A cool Billie LP from 1972 on the United Artists of some really nice live recordings. Side One she is backed by a trio and Side Two has an all star large band that really cooks. Not a common record as it was only in print for a short time. Really clean vinyl in Excellent condition. Equally nice cover. 3."I Wonder Where Our Love Has Gone" is another rarity that was only in print for a short period of time. Released in 1975 by the tiny Giants Of Jazz label (#LP 1001!) this features rare live broadcasts from 1949,1950 and 1956. Nice clean vinyl with just a few very light scuffs and surface (inaudible) scratches. Cover is in nice condition but has some writing on front and back cover and a large "A" and "B" and the face of each record label.
