Billie Holiday with Teddy Wilson Orch including Roy Eldridge, Ben Webster, Cozy Cole. It's Too Hot For Words and What A Night, What A Moon, What A Girl. Record is in E- condition. Brunswick Record 7511 released in 1935. Brunswick paper sleeve included. Billie was the premiere song stylist of the jazz/ swing era in the 1930s-40s-50s. She recorded under her own name and with bands as varied as Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Paul Whiteman, Count Basie, Teddy Wilson, etc.She set the style for jazz singing- an influence still felt today, and was influenced herself by the great Louis Armstrong Please see photos.
