Description

Here is a Billie Holiday Commodore FL-20006 Volume Two on a 10 inch 33 rpm record. I played the whole record and would rate it VG as there were no skips in it. There was some popping and some background noise. The label is in fine condition on one side and some minor wear around the hole (about 1/64th inches from 10 o’clock to 5 o’clock. Some scratching and abrasion on both sides but the vinyl is still glossy. The cover is probably a VG as there is some wear around the edges and there is a rip in the seam about 2 inches on the bottom by the opening and the beginnings of a hole on the left seam where the record meets the seam. The back cover is nice but has some wear on the corner edges and an “X” about ½ inch in size on the top left corner of the back. NO RESERVE!
Terms of my auctions: Contact information: My name is Leigh Godbey from Grand Blanc, MI. and my e-mail address is Lee@vintagecoolstuff.com and my phone number is 734-516-9166. I do not hide behind a bidder name and I respond to all legitimate questions
Ending auctions early: I will not end my auctions early for any reason. Why? Because people want to bid with someone who does not accept side-bids during an auction. People want to know that the item they are bidding on or watching and waiting to bid on will be there for the duration of the auction.
Shipping: Regardless of what eBay calculates during the auction for shipping cost, I will send an invoice THROUGH EBAY with the correct shipping amount. I charge only for actual shipping costs and I do attempt to find the most reasonable method of shipping. I typically ship via US Mail Priority Mail as my wife goes to the Post Office each work day and it costs me nothing to get it to the Post Office. If you request UPS I will take the item to the UPS Customer Counter and the charge will be $5.00 as it takes me about 2 gallons of gas to make the trip. I pack better than most professional Pack’n’Ship places to which my feedback will attest. If there are packaging supplies needed, such as Styrofoam Peanuts or a quantity of 1 inch Styrofoam sheets, I do charge for the amount used, as I have to pay for it out of my pocket to assure a safe delivery!
Insurance and Proof of Delivery: I require that all items include Proof of Delivery to assure both of us that the item is both shipped and delivered. Insurance is also required on MOST items. Only on items that have nominal value do I not require insurance. It will be the buyer’s option to purchase insurance in that instance. BUT, by choosing not to insure your purchase when paying, you are forfeiting your right to file a claim against me for a lost or damaged item. You will be agreeing that I am not held liable for the lost or damaged item. (Again, I do package items very well) You don’t really want to receive a piece damaged in shipping or lost in shipping and not be covered, do you?
Guarantees: The majority of the items I sell are antiques and as such are not perfect or without flaws. I try my best to inspect and describe all items to the best of my ability but I am not perfect so please, if you have any questions, e-mail me and ask questions before you bid and before the end of the auction. Keep in mind that most of my auctions end on or around 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time and I typically turn off my computer by 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time MOST evenings. You are buying this item As-is, where-is and without a warrantee or a guarantee unless it is evident that the item is maliciously and intentionally misrepresented.
Payment: Payment is to be received within 7 days after the auction ends. If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the seller reserves the right to consider it a NON-PAYMENT and either relist the item or decide not to sell the item due to not abiding by the auction terms. If you know that you cannot abide by any or all of the above terms, please do not bid on this item. I will entertain any reasonable requests concerning my terms provided I am notified prior to any actions.
Buyers with 5 feedback or less: Understanding that everybody is a Newbie at one time, I am requesting that buyers with 5 or less feedback rating contact me, in timely manner that would allow a response to be given, prior to bidding. This is to assure that, being new to eBay, you are aware of the auction terms prior to bidding or purchasing an item. Failure to abide by this term will allow me the option to cancel your bid or relist the auction. The reason for this is to ensure you are a qualified bidder and also to protect the other bidders.
