Billy Bragg & Wilco Mermaid Avenue
Named after the Woody Guthrie song, “Mermaid’s Avenue,” this collaboration of Billy Bragg and Wilco stems from the two entities writing songs to a number of Guthrie lyrics which had not been set to music.  The album was originally released on June 23, 1998 on Elektra.  This is a SEALED promotional copy (note marker strike through bar code, pictured) of the 2013 reissue on Nonesuch Records, pressed on 180g vinyl.  Contains the classic, “California Stars.”

Continuing in the vein of Mermaid Avenue, Volume II sets music to previously unheard lyrics of Woody Guthrie.  Originally released on May 30, 2000.  This is is a SEALED promotional copy (note marker strike through bar code, pictured) of the 2013 reissue on Nonesuch Records, pressed on 180g vinyl.  Will ship media mail with additional insurance.
