Description

Billy Hughes (aka Billy Everetts) 13 1/4" 78 Metal acetate  When The Moon Is Low Take #3 Beautiful black r&b singer with Hawaiian instrumentation! This most likely previously unissued recording submitted to 4 Star label and recorded on 10/6/1947

The playing grooves of this acetate start 2/5 into the acetate seem to be in VG++ condition. Many decades of agewear dirt in the grooves which need a good hard buffering to get it's shine back. There is writing on the sleeve and inscribed in beginning of acetate 4*-1635
This must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 65 years.
