A little creasing/handling marks at front & back covers + creasing at top left corner of back cover also affects penultimate page at same point. Tiny tear at leading edge of front cover & 1st 2 inside pages + small tear at leading edge of back cover. 1.5 inch thin tape stain at top edge of 1st inside page. Contents otherwise in very good/excellent condition.
