COPY" first pressing of his solo debut album. It features the factory-printed silver "D.J. COPY" notation positioned on the left side of both center labels.

⚠️ THE FAMOUS 1971 HISTORICAL SPEED ERROR This record contains the legendary, uncorrected 1971 historical speed error. During the mastering phase, the tape machines were accidentally run too fast, causing the entire album to play roughly 8% to 11% higher in pitch than originally recorded (making Billy's voice sound noticeably higher). Later reissues corrected this, making this original independent Family Productions pressing a vital piece of music history.

 💿 CONDITION GRADING & DETAILED NOTES (Goldmine Standard): * **Side 1 Vinyl Disc:** **VG+ to NM-** Beautifully preserved with a gorgeous, deep factory black mirror gloss. Shows micro dust particles and some cosmetic wisps under direct light. **Side 2 Vinyl Disc:** **VG visually / VG+ audibly** Retains the same high factory reflection as Side 1. Please note there is a visible diagonal surface scuff crossing the tracks (fully detailed in the photos). This mark has been rigorously fingernail-tested: it is completely smooth to the touch, does not catch a nail at all, and has been play-tested to ensure it does NOT affect playback or cause any audible clicks, pops, or ticks. It plays through beautifully!

**Center Labels:** **Pristine** Rich, deep blue ink with a crisp, completely intact silver factory "D.J. COPY" stamp on both sides. Spindle hole area is exceptionally clean with little to no trail wear.

**Jacket Sleeve:** **VG- (Very Good Minus / Promo Cut-Out)** True first-state jacket layout with the Family Productions logo on the back upper right corner. The cover features solid edges with no major seam splits. Includes a standard vintage factory promo punch-hole in the bottom left corner (used by the label to prevent radio stations from returning free promos for cash). The punch-hole was covered with what looks like cellophane tape on the back cover. The cover does show some age-related signs of wear/ shelf wear - most notably on the corners.
