RECORD GRADE & DESCRIPTION:  VG++ with light sleeve wear/scuffing, very minor noise in-between cuts.  otherwise, very clean.  Fits on the spindle tightly.  White label promo, For promotion only, Demonstration.  This belonged to a well known 1980's L.A. FM D.J., Dr. John at KHJ. 


COVER GRADE & DESCRIPTION:  VG++ with only 2 corner bumps See photo.  No ringwear or other damage.


Inner sleeve:  Includes original lyric and photo inner sleeve.  One side has a split.  


Please use the many photos taken in bright light to help assign condition you require but ignore reflection or glare.  There is NO fading.


This record was tested and examined in bright light.  I have been a brick and mortar record dealer in SFV since 1987 and a 100% positive eBayer since 1999.
