BILLY JOEL
GREATEST HITS VOLUME 1 & 2
DOUBLE LP SET
GATEFOLD
C2 40121 STERLING 1st Pressing
This comes from my father’s collection. He worked for RCA, Polydor/Polygram and ABC Records in the 70’s and 80’s. This record has not seen a needle in nearly 35 years other than a quick 30 second test for this auction to preserve the listening experience. Record is without a doubt in excellent condition. I am aware there are insane / picky collectors out there, so if that is you, please find this elsewhere.
Please review photos. I am more than happy to take additional photos and answer any questions. Please email me before bidding.
GRADING: (VINYL) IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC! I feel Excellent is a more than fair grading for this record. As previously stated: This comes from my father’s collection. He worked for RCA, Polydor/Polygram and ABC Records in the 70’s and 80’s. This record has not seen a needle in nearly 35 years (other than to test for this auction) As with any record of this age you may expect some dust, age wear, but it has not been played in decades. If you gave it a good cleaning you’ll have an absolutely phenomenal record on your hands. I am aware there are insane collectors out there, so if that is you, please find this elsewhere. As with any record of this age you should expect the slightest of surface noise in quiet spots and transitions.
COVER GRADING : Please see photos. You should expect light age and wear. Dings on corners, light creasing or wear to the spine / sides, etc. I do my absolute best to show any wear in photos.
I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO TAKE EXTRA PHOTOS OR ANSWER ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME!
Shipping: Signature confirmation may be required. I ship out as fast as I can. Normally the next business day after payment is received. But please understand I can not control the speed of the USPS. Records are shipped via Media Mail. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING AVERAGE IS ABOUT 7-10 DAYS to MOST parts of the US. Sometimes sooner, sometimes a little later. Priority mail is an option for an additional fee. Both options are available when you purchase. See shipping options.
Thanks for looking at my auction and feel free to message me if you have any questions!
