All in excellent used condition, vinyl looks very good+ / excellent with few visible marks.  There is a surface mark to the B-side but appears superficial, some spindle marks to denote play but clearly well looked after.   Company sleeve is excellent with general storage / shelf wear and rubbing but no seam splits and vinyl now kept in a separate sleeve.  (VISUAL grade only - actual item pictured).  Cat. No.  S CBS 3183.
