From the vinyl library of Joseph “Joe” Thompson. Joe is a vinyl and autograph collector who spent countless hours at shows, hotels, etc. from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s meeting artists and obtaining autographs. Joe knows he met Billy Preston and thinks it was at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk, VA. I did not witness the signature but believe it to be authentic.
