Vinyl Excellent - I have played all four sides and there are no jumps or clicks.
The vinyl is in excellent condition.
Side two has two very light surface scratches. It looks like it's from when it was taken out of the sleeve.
The rest of the records have no marks or scratches.
Cover Very Good ++ Record ring on front and back. See photos. An old record store sticker is on the back right corner.

Near mint -Looks almost unplayed * Cover almost brand new
Excellent-Maybe a light scuff but otherwise great condition * Cover will have some wear/slight crease/faint ring wear etc
Very good -Could have noticeable scuffing and a some light scratches *Cover might have some creasing/fading/ring wear/marks or writing but still reasonable condition
Good - Will have some faults like descant scratches or slight warping etc but should still play through OK * Cover could be slightly ripped/stained/unglued etc
Fair -Plenty of background noise and wont play through without interruptions* Cover will be a sight for sore eyes
Poor - For label only or place mat/coaster
