Check out my other auctions this week for a bunch of rare early rock & roll and jazz LPs, including some promos! Here’s a very rare pink label promotional copy of a self titled lp by Billy Ward and the Dominoes. Its on the Decca label, number DL 8621. The vinyl, on first glance, looks to be in VG++ shape, but on a close look, there are several very short needle runs that are audible, but they do not skip. The cover is in nice shape. The original DJ wrote the date (12/57) and some tempo notations on the labels and back cover. Buyer pays $3.00 in the US, shipped via media mail. INTERNATIONAL BIDS WELCOME.
