NEAR MINT Condition. Album/Book is almost perfect, with very light wear to cloth and label. Spine and binding are perfect, with no wear. Minimal wear to corners from storage. All record sleeves are intact with no marks, no tears, no splitting. Records are Near Mint with very few light surface marks, scratches or defects. All 4 records have been tested and play extremely well for their age. I would imagine that they would play even better if they were cleaned, but due to the very delicate nature of shellac records, I will leave that to the new owners. The original booklet is included and is in excellent condition. There is a name label on the back cover and on several inlays.
