Description

This 8-track LP was released in the US by Columbia in November, 1985, at the time of the British release of “Biograph.” It precedes the full U.S. collection, which was released in January, 1986. According to Searching for a Gem website, this promo “was quickly withdrawn. See: http://www.searchingforagem.com/1980s/PromoAlbumsBob1980s.htm Side 1: Positively 4th Street; Lay, Lady, Lay; Subterranean Homesick Blues; Like A Rolling Stone; Side 2: Isis, I Wanna Be Your Lover; Caribbean Wind and You're A Big Girl Now. All the songs on side 2 are listed as previously unreleased. This is a beautiful copy of a rare official Columbia Dylan promotion record.
