Description

"Bixology" is a 14-LP box set on the Joker label (an Italian imprint) that contains virtually all of Bix Beiderbecke's recorded work: with the Wolverines, the Sioux City Six, Paul Whiteman, Jean Goldkette, Frankie Trumbauer and under his own name. There are a few omissions, such as concert works Whiteman recorded with Bix in the horn section but no solo time. There are multiple takes of many items, especially from the Whiteman years. Records have only been played once and are M-. The box has a tear near the bottom (see photo) and one split corner, lowering its grade to VG.
