Description

Billed as by Russell Gray & His Orchestra, Frankie Trumbauer's

Orchestra plays "Sugar" on 78rpm Electric OKeh 40938.

Bix Beiderbecke is on cornet and does a nice solo.

This was recorded in New York on October 26, 1927.

On the other side, Joseph Green's Orchestra, playing as The Texans,

do "Did You Mean It." Vaughn DeLeath sings the vocal refrain.


The record is in only V to V+ condition and plays with some crackling,

but it plays through fine with no skips or hangs.
