Description

Very rare Dutch single on the famous Beatles' APPLE label.

a first pressing of the 7 inch single "Thingumybob/Yellow submarine" by the BLACK DYKE MILLS BAND
(label says: JOHN FOSTER & SON Ltd. BLACK DYKE MILLS BAND).

Released as Apple 4 in sept. 1968 in Holland. Production by PAUL McCARTNEY. The label has the Parlophone design as the Apple label was not in use yet!  Approximately around  hundred copies were sold on the time of its release. The record is in good condition, the sleeve has a lot of tears and a name written on (see the actual photo's of this item above). The picturesleeve on the front shows Paul McCartney with dog in front of the band. The back of the sleeve is in white with only the word "Apple" in green letters. The label is PARLOPHONE and has "APPLE 4" as labelnr.
