Up for your consideration is a very rare copy of 'Black Fairy' performed by La Mont Zeno Theatre and written by Useni Eugene Perkins.
Manufactured by: Inesu Productions (Private Pressing?) Year Unknown, possibly mid 70's.
Center Labels differ from other copies of this record I have seen and the track listings are also not an exact match to the ones on the sleeve. Hard to know when this was pressed, or exactly which version it is, but an unusual version to be sure.

Condition
Sleeve: VG- Pretty decent condition, some signs of storage and handling wear, light rubbing/creasing etc. with an approx 3" split across the top right seam. Signed and inscribed by the artist in 1989. Some water blotching on lower part of inscription. 
Record: VG/VG+ Untested, but visually looks very clean with no scratches and only some light evidence of dust/marking from handling and use.
