Black Flag ‎– DAMAGED LP 1981 SST/Unicorn 9502 with Anti-Parent Sticker VG+/VG++ ONE O.G. OWNER!
ONE OWNER. Acquired from the band. Owner joined the Black Flag cabal after a humorous encounter with Chuck and new frontman Henry (with fresh shaved heads) at Florentine Gardens in 1981. 
(GXI: "People in Indiana think you're nazis." Rollins, grabbing owner by tshirt collar: "WE ARE NOT NAZIS!!", Dukowski snickering off to side.)
Owner began loitering at SST HQ in North Redondo or wherever that was. Later, tagged along to new digs at Unicorn in Hollywood.  (BIG mistake, guys, but with Henry sleeping on the floor under a table in the warehouse, their punk instincts were overwhelmed by visions of riches, I guess...) Was present for at least the "TV Party" recording session; was not invited to sing, fortunately; was baffled by cadence of opening chords and made unhelpful suggestions, which everyone ignored.
Just about the last of the old L.A. punker trove. Well cared for like the rest of the collection, just played for the first time in YEARS. Sounds gnarly! From Discogs:

First pressing is this issue (MCA logo on rear, "anti-parent" sticker on some, "UNI/4" matrices).
MCA Records (with which Unicorn Records had a distribution deal) distribution chief Al Bergamo announced that the company would not distribute this record, deeming that "It just didn't seem to have any redeeming social value" and because, as a parent with two children, he found it an anti-parent record. "Damaged" was eventually released by Unicorn through an independent distributor. Later, after Unicorn's bankruptcy and almost two years of litigation during which Black Flag was forbidden to release any record, the band re-released and distributed it through Greg Ginn's own SST Records. This record cost Black Flag $8,000 (USD) to produce. 25,000 pressed. Lyric sheet was available by mail.
Some early copies released with a sticker stating "As A Parent..., I Found It An Anti-Parent Record..." on the back of the jacket, covering up the MCA distribution logo.
