Description

This is the limited edition, clear vinyl of Alice In Chains' Black Gives Way To Blue album, released in 2009, 100% authentic. I bought this new when from FYE it came out, and listened to it then once or twice. In preparation for this sale, I listened to it one more time because I couldn't remember from twelve years ago if there had been any flaws. Turns out everything sounds great, with the exception that there are some distracting clicks and pops when starting sides C and D, which are from manufacturing; not sure if that is common for this record. No skips. This album was well cared for and both the record and sleeve are in fantastic, clean condition. I've highlighted in photos a few of the noticeable flaws to the gatefold cover, which when holding the piece are barely noticeable (though important to a collector). The insert slip has some bends on the one side (view photos) because it seemed to have gotten pulled into the crease inside the gatefold without my having noticed. Considering all that, I grade this record 9/10 (I'm not a professional grader!)
