VG++ (close to EX-), playgraded, with a loud, solid sound. Light surface marks and hairlines, but no deep scratches or finger-feel marks. Overall, a solid copy. 
Cover is in almost GOOD/FAIR condition with noticeable ring wear on both front and back. The bottom right corner has a small chew or cut. The spine shows heavy wear, seams with a 3/4 splits and additional wear. A sticker is present in the upper right corner of the front. The pic on the sleeve - good. A well-worn cover that needs repair.
