Description

1973 1st press of SBS on UK WW. Matrix 1/1 - technical 1st cut. Notice that the labels are flat and the WWA logo is silver...this is 1st iteration. They are heavy pressed and are NOT record club versins. Comes housed in an original gatefold. Internal band photo is NOT cropped. And the printer is not mentioned on the rear. THERE IS NO ORIGINAL INNER.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+] In great condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing heavy or  troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly Excellent level of playback with one slight deviation per side. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Really nice clean feed by and large. The only thing i could make out was just a but of presence and 4-5 ticks n Fluff...the acoustic interlude. A great little player if you truly want to witness this early rock masterpiece.
Cover (Vg+) In smart condition with pretty clean front. The Rear show some signs of ageing but better than many genuine 1st examples.Very clean interior. The spine is in great order with slight wear...and text still mostly legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
