Description

Black Sabbath's 1970 UK debut album on Vertigo Records. Not the super rare and much  more pricy Phillips label pressing, that came out just a few months before this pressing…. This is still a 1970 pressing (considered by some a first pressing) and a real nice one at a much more reasonable price.
Brilliant debut album.
Matrix numbers:  Side 1: VO 6  1Y    Side 2: VO 6 2Y
The record grades Excellent to Excellent+ there are a few hairlines, nothing deep, the album  plays fine and sounds incredible.
First issue cover with "Copyright subsists in all Vertigo recordings…." and  the Ossie spelling  error.
The gatefold record cover grades an easy Excellent with only moderate creasing (see scans).
Comes with original Vertigo swirl inner sleeve.
I've been collecting records for over 52 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
