The record is in MINT un-played condition.

The Autographed card is in MINT condition.

The picture sleeve is in Very Good to EX condition (some light signs of storage ware to some of the corner but no creases/splits or marks.

The seal sticker shows signs of being pealed open (on the reverse of the sleeve) This was done by myself on the day of purchase all those years ago

 just to have a look at the inner signed card.

and has been stored away ever since!
