Description
Rare complete 1970 1st UK Pressing of Black Sabbath's classic Paranoid album ..............on Vertigo Big Swirl 6360 011 labels with 1Y//1 and 2Y//1 Matrices , Swirl Polylined Inner Sleeve and mega - rare 1st Pressing Gatefold Cover with Jim Simpson Big Bear credit inside.......Please read the vinyl description below carefully........:-
The vinyl ( only 2 breaks between tracks on B side unlike later pressings which have 3 ) looks to be in lovely condition with light hairlines/scuffs but there is one needle stick near the end of Iron Man on A side and around half a dozen more on B side from the end of Rat Salad onwards....I really looked for the reasons behind this but couldn't find them !....... just a little background noise on run ins and between tracks ......apart from what I've just mentioned it plays really well...........terrific powerful sound from this high quality 1st Pressing.....visually VG+ but please bear in mind the problems I mentioned.....
The extremely rare 1st Pressing Gatefold Cover with Jim Simpson Big Bear credit inside is in lovely VG++ condition with a little light wear/scuffing and pencil ticks next to inner tracklisting......see pics.......
Vertigo Big Swirl 6360 011 labels in superb condition......see pics............1Y//1 and 2Y//1 Matrices .....rare original complete 1st UK pressing ......
Swirl Polylined Inner Sleeve in lovely VG++ condition with no seam splits......
