DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid. Complete, original UK pressing with 1Y2/2Y2 matrix, small swirl label, laminated gate fold sleeve and Vertigo swirl inner dated 01/71. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. All postage costs include insurance and top quality packaging. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/VG+. Vinyl is really clean with a very nice sheen. Played in its entirety tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays through really cleanly. Music is clean, clear and loud. "Planet Caravan" and "Hand Of Doom" are no exception. "Hand Of Doom" has only a trace of background sound in the final verse (quiet passage). Laminated Gate fold sleeve is in great shape . Very near to EX, if not EX. It was sold to me graded as EX. It is firm and square and has less than light edge wear, minimal corner wear and minimal creasing. Spine is fully legible with great shape and less than light wear. It has a couple of short scratches to the sleeve- one to the front and one to the rear of sleeve. Check out the photos- the scratch on the front is the reason i have not graded the cover as EX, you can make your own judgement. Original swirl inner is clean with splits to 2 of 3 edges. Poly is still fully attached and it has no tears around the centre.. Really clean Vertigo swirl labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Nice sounding and nice looking complete UK pressing. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER SABBATH/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
