DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid LP. Original early 1970s UK pressing with 1Y2/2Y2 matrix, Vertigo spaceship labels, vertigo swirl inner and laminated gatefold sleeve. Its the only copy I have had of this with what looks like it could be the correct swirl inner-its a really late one- check out the photos. Postage cost includes tracking and a box mailer. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double LP. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973 197COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/EX. Vinyl is clean with a nice sheen and some hairlines. Played all of this tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. It plays very good generally. The louder fuller tracks play EX. there is a trickle of background sound in the usual places- the vocal only part of "War Pigs" plus the quieter parts of "Planet Caravan" and "Hand Of Doom". Cover is in great shape. It is firm and square and has minimal edgewear (2cm moderate to one edge only), light cornerwear and less than light creasing. Really clean inside of gatefold. Swirl inner has light wear, a split to one edge only, fully attached poly and no writing, rips or feathering. Really clean Vertigo spaceship labels. No writing, rips or stickers or sticker tears. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
