Black Sabbath - Paranoid original (2nd) UK press vinyl LP from the year of release, 1970.
Large Vertigo swirl labels, matte gatefold sleeve without management credits. 1st repress.

Vinyl visually grades VG to VG+. A few very small scratches and quite a few very very fine sleeve removal marks under strong light. Vinyl retains its sheen well and is clean. It’s been fully play tested twice. Plays with no sticks or jumps. No loud pops. Has 8 audible clicks near the start of Hand Of Doom and 2 very soft clicks near the start of Iron Man. A little crackle on the run ins and spaces between tracks, and a few light crackles audible on “Planet Caravan”. Certainly nothing major or too distracting and the majority of the music plays loud and clear. Play grade is VG+ overall.
Sleeve is VG. No major damage but storage wear showing on the matte sleeve and some fairly light edge wear. Inside the gatefold a previous name has been covered up with gold letter stickers spelling BLACK SABBATH as shown in the photos.
Comes with an original vertigo swirl inner bag, but not the original to this copy. The bag that was included is from Master Of Reality with the black background. It grades VG. Small split on one side and plastic liner has detached. I will include a new poly lined inner with this.
Overall it’s a decent, but not perfect playing copy and very early UK pressing on the sought after swirl label.
