Record appears rarely played, shows a deep gloss and shine. EX/NM-. Few wisps of sleeve scuffs visible on side 2 which did not affect play, tested through and played out great. Snug fit on spindle during test spin. Clean "Burbank" labels. Outer jacket is solid and tight with a great cover appearance. Rubbed spot of approx. 2" in length on top edge (please review all photos). Very solid and legible spine. Light corner rub or two. Includes WB OIS AND lyrics insert in mint condition.
