Description
Original UK WWA 005 silver & black label stereo press LP, with the very early 1-1-1, 1-1-2 mother stampers & the 'Sleeve Printed In England' text! The matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/storage wear on the outer cover and some foxing and staining on the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the lyric inner is intact & in EX+ condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss, pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; WWA-005, 1Y//2-420-0 stamper 1-1-2, 2Y//-2-420-0 stamper 1-1-1. This is one of the very early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1973 UK stereo issue of this album!!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
