Description

An original 1st press of TE on the UK Vertigo label. Matrix 5/6. Etching "MELYS". The vinyl comes housed in an original Robert Stace printed cover. Also included is the original lyric insert and the original plastic bag warning inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In super condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Basically, an easy copy to grade as it plays sweet right from the outset to the final second. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is pretty much non-existent. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side, and one tick toward the end of  'She's Gone'. A beautiful player which will deliver this Sabbath classic with aplomb.
Cover (Ex) A difficult cover to find in top condition as they nearly always age a bit or get a bit grubby around the edge. I'm pleased to report that this example is a really sweet looking copy. No signs of ageing with pristine white borders. Surfaces are clean with barely a crease. Edge wear is very light indeed and the openings are still sharp. Check out the spine! Very clean and unworn with all text perfectly legible - that is unusual. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Insert (Ex+) No signs of ageing at all. Pretty much perfect.
