A real archieve copy from the Vault!

Stored unplayed for many years.

Vinyl has light  surface lines only ,  in very very clean shape. Only a little surface noise in places.

Audio is massive , great bass response on this copy.

This one has amazing audio on this 1971 recording great nice flat 70s pre oil crisis heavy thick vinyl with no warping or other worrying faults... *this just sounds so much better*...

EX cared for and seldom played  vinyl difficult to find.

This first *ICONIC 1971 UK Vertigo* vinyl estimated sold only around 50,000 in 71  how many are left...

 not available in this format in USA and Canada! where it went gold and later platinum founding the bones of *stoner rock* Nirvanna famously cite this album as *the one* a real time piece and collectors find. growing in value and a great listen!  recorded at island studios London in early 71.

so what here you get the better quality *lower volume* UK pressings on thick 70s vinyl and the Iconic UK Black and White Vertigo *Swirl* label.

This is a "EXCELLENT * not perfect not mint not Mint or near mint  !

Its  very very clean, has removal scuffs and light surface lines.

*Ex Vinyl* + *Cover* and reproduction poster near mint pretty faithful to the original.

"Vertigo Swirl" inner is present!, it's a new quality repro pretty faithful to the original. See photos.

The original also is there its lost its inner bag.

The very first July 1971 UK Large Swirl pressing 1Y 2Y 1st ever matrixes!

Please note that this album is complete and original 1st UK pressing and is priced for its rarety, the record and sleeve are original and 54 years old!

Excellent condition

EX condition on this 1970 1st Pressing 636050-1Y and 636050-2Y,

a real timepiece looks great! a few spindle lines and stored upright in PVC jacket for many years.some light reoval lines only a real finders dream!

plays incredible with some very light background noise could benefit from a professional clean, we don't do this its a personal thing.

light "surface only" in the quieter passages intro to *Solitude* but the overall volume of the music is easily enjoyable on the 54 year old, super shiny clean fat pre oil crisis 70s vinyl (see pics) great swirl labels...almost zero marks on labels from play.

no writing stickers or tape to report.

"Vertigo Swirl" inner is a new quality repro along with a new lined sleeve.

the original swirl inner has lost its inner bag.

. please ask... , the original is here to maintain continuity. 

The Cover

EXCELLENT Condition 

Great original 1971  cover with UK "high gloss laminate finish" a verry good condition with almost zero ringwear to rear, no writing stickers or tape to report.

the top opening cover normally suffers this one is in good order with no serious  around opening folding edge see top edge pic. nothing serious no *worrying faults!*

4 Good corners see photos ,  no splits or tears to worry about.

We use a card stiffener inside the box to help maintain the integrity of the sleeve box.

the reproduction poster is really nice quality clear clean and not a lot of handling evident, truly a collectors find.

no holes, tape or writing and no worrying faults a great near to mint sleeve is a peach *near mint* impossible to find....

Plays fantastic with bright clear sound and amazing bass, may benefit from a professional clean (we don't do this as it's an individual only some  background static only is noticeable in the quieter passages nothing to disrupt playing no sticks or jumps on our Rega 3.
