"Really the last of their four classic albums and in my opinion on par with "Master of Reality" if not better (although "Changes" doen't rock my boat) , creating the template for so many quality progressive bands that came after esp. in the 90's like e.g. Celtic Frost, Metallica, Venom, Rush and the list goes on and on. What an inspirational album this really is, I never grow tired of it!!

!!!PROGRESSIVE DELIGHT!!!! BEAUTIFUL VERTIGO SWIRL LABEL!!!THIS IS HOW THEIR THIRD LP WAS FIRST ISSUED!!!HEAVY GLOSSY VINYL!!!!
Sensational sound quality, NO skips or jumps. NO clicks, this is really a stunning vinyl with a beautiful deep gloss.
Vinyl: VG+!!! And this SOUNDS EX AT THE VERY LEAST!!!! Very nice condition with a few very light ticks on Changes and FX only!! One of the greatest stereo recordings ever done!!! Sensational vinyl with only a few wispy hairlines and one slightly larger one over Changes and FX, I am listening to this album for a second time whilst completing this listing. Some real magic going on on this recording!! The CD version does not even come close to this!!! There was some little static on first play, but on second play this seems to have disappeared completely!! Overall this sounds astonishing, as if you were at their concert.
I have played this in FULL> twice over!! The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! There are not any jumps or skips. There is hardly any background noise at all, this will only improve on further spins!! Very remarkable for this 1972 vinyl!!! I am playing this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers with there famed Nautilus tweeters unveiling any faults!!!
Sleeve: EX+. Matt Gatefold ("Printed and made by Howard Printers (Slough) Ltd.") with inner photo booklet which is fully intact and of course attached, as when it was first bought in fact. There are NO creases, IMPOSSIBLE for this album!!! These are almost always in some sorry state (well hey .... , this was not pastoral whimsy, but fullout unadulterated ballsy metal and most owners treated it as such!!) This sleeve has miraculously escaped that fate!! The edges are neat and straight without any rubbing. Beautiful spine, fully 100% legible. Crispest opening ever!! One small nick in the first letter "B" hardly visible see pic. NO writing, NO tears. Slight age related yellowing on the white lettering. The inside gatefold is EX+. This is "as good as it gets".

This is a unique investment opportunity, these earliest original Sabbath albums are soooooooo hard to get hold of nowadays, even in the U.K. Most of these are now tucked away in collections all over the world.
