Description
Rare local issue, possibly not 100% legitimate. Purchased by me at a flea market at the racecourse in Penang almost 30 years ago.
Sleeve is laminated front and rear and is close to VG+, showing just moderate ripple of laminate to record opening and a small lift to rear, top right. No writing anywhere. Thin spine (unprinted), no spine or edge wear, but very small wear to corners only.
Labels clean both sides, and don't show which side is A or B, but dead wax shows matrics numbers BLP 6642-A and BLP 6642-B, scribed, no other texts, and Side A starts with NIB.
Vinyl surface shows some scuffs on both sides, more on Side B, but for the most part, they don't affect play, other than the first minute or so of NIB, and there is sometimes audible crackle between tracks and in the very few quiet passages. Generally speaking a very clear listen, graded at VG, sometimes better. There is a lot of music on this album, so the cutting level is lower than normal, but it still sounds great. I've played about half of it now while writing this description.
Low start, no reserve. Only bid what you can afford.
