This superb sounding copy of their 1970 debut album is a UK 2nd pressing on the 'swirl' Vertigo label: VO 6

Housed within a unlaminated gatefold cover with rear pocket opening only & its original poly-lined 'swirl' inner-sleeve.

A perfectly clean & unblemished set with just a handful of tiny faint spindle trails visible around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely visible inner-sleeve removal hairlines visible only upon close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this barely played copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
Outstanding sound from this high-quality pressing with unmatched bass response & overall clarity of sound. My single careful play-check at volume found no trace of any groove/playwear distortion on any track or in either channel. Apart from a few faint background ticks on the opening track of side 1, this is audibly flawless.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A clean & firm example with some light storagewear but no significant or major faults. Both front & rear panels are unblemished with just light shelfwear to the lower corners and edges.
The gatefold bears a few fingermarks but is free from any writing or missing paper.
The spine text is readable and both seams are unstressed & unsplit.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD
As you can see there is some age-toning to the paper but there is no writing tears or seams splits.
