Description

Full-length LP from The Famous Davis Sisters titled "Plant My Feet On Higher Ground" released by Savoy Records (MG 14030) in 19??. I believe this album was originally released in 1958 but I have no idea how many years it stayed in press. This appears to be a late 60's/early 70's pressing. Has 10 tracks of hard gospel from sister vocal group featuring the powerful lead vocals of Ruth Davis. They love Jesus and really mean it!! Labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Vinyl record is VG++ with a couple of very light surface marks and plays with very little extraneous noise. Grooves look and play like brand new...great, clear sound! Cover is VG+ with some wear at corners, a repaired (glued) 4-inch seam-split on right side of bottom edge and a saw-slot at top left corner (see pic). NO RESERVE.
