Great record in immaculate, unplayed condition. Vinyl is NM. It’s actually mint but I do not use that grade unless sealed. Looks unplayed in every way. Not even a paper scuff to mention. Top condition, guaranteed! Plays as new! I bought this brand new old stock 10+ yrs ago. I played it exactly one time. Label NM with no writing, stains, drill holes, etc. I take grading & packing records serious. See feedback & buy with confidence. Best offers will be considered.

On February 1, 1989 in Austin, Texas, Foley was shot to death while helping his friend Concho January defend himself from his violent son Carey January. Carey January was acquitted of murder in the first degree by reason of self-defense. Friends of Foley were outraged at the verdict.
