ARTIST:  Blind Lemon Jefferson

LABEL:  Paramount 12712

TITLES:  Maltese Cat Blues / D B Blues

CONDITION:  G-

DESCRIPTION:    Blind Lemon Jefferson Paramount from August 1928.   Labels are unblemished, but visually, grooves overall gray.  Music is dull and weak, but clear and not distorted.  Surface noise is fairly low so does not interfere with listening.   There's a tight hair crack 1/2" into grooves.


Over the next several weeks, I will be auctioning a consignment lot of rare pre-war blues 78s that includes many choice items in nice shape, so be sure to keep checking my listings regularly.  Also, if you have any higher end pre-war blues, country or jazz you might like to consign, please get in touch and I will let you know the service I can provide.
